Staff Augmentation (PEOPLE Focused) - In our staff augmentation service we inspect our existing resources in relation to their education, experience and talents, and match them to the needs our clients express in the skills they need to complete their projects.

A statement of work (SOW) is our formal process that captures and defines the work activities, deliverables, and timeline needed to execute proper performance of specified work for our clients. The SOW usually includes detailed requirements and pricing, with standard regulatory and governance terms and conditions. It overlaps with the concept of a contract, and SOWs are often legally equivalent to contracts.

We provide temporary and/or contract labor to the wireless industry.  We specialize in highly qualified personnel to wireless equipment manufacturers as well as telecommunications service providers.  Our typical skill types can be seen on the left, although this is not an exhaustive list.  We have ongoing relationships with several carriers, providing specialized wireless engineers in RF (UMTS, GSM, CDMA, LTE), RAN and UTRAN.
